BLAME FRAME X JORDAN BARRETT FALL 2018 AD CAMPAIGN

Continuing their evolution of California cool, Frame’s Erik Torstensson and Jens Grede have enlisted Australian model Jordan Barrett as a guest designer for a capsule men’s collection.

Barrett entitled the collection: “BLAME FRAME,” a riff on Barratt’s Instagram handle, @iblamejordan. The unisex collection features straight forward classics such as tees, hoodies, plus a boiler suit – with paint-splatters and distressed denim thrown in.

“I enjoyed working with Erik, Jens and the design team at Frame, ‘no’ was never an answer during the process,” explained Barrett. “I’ve always been into the brand and wanted to be the first guy to take this approach. It is utility and disheveled, almost worn-in workwear.”

Photographer Chris Colls continues to impress, capturing Barrett in his own designs for the capsule which is available now on Frame’s site. Between his disheveled locks, provocative poses and Colls grainy images, Frame has a strong set of men’s images in front of them as they ride into the holiday season. Torstensson and Grede are born from marketing and The Impression is confident they will make the best of them beyond the four walls of their website. And if they don’t, and just let their flock of followers discover the campaign on their own, they only have themselves to blame.
