San Anton’s market join in its new building one of the oldest and exclusive Madrid’s markets. Located in a fancy neighborhood, in the very point and heart of Chueca, represents a new model of market based in the gastronomic product quality, spanish life and the culture. It is the perfect place for neighborhoods and visitors to enjoy this public place.
Don’t think of San Anton’s market as a dirty place you have seen before, it is a socialite place to share, eat and chill with friends before going to the clubs. AND THAT’S WHAT WE DID!
The market is full of restaurants in the second and third level. You can enjoy sea food and Spanish food at the same. Cañitas (beer), tapas de salmón ahumado con mostaza, tapas de calamar and papas con chistorras y huevo are the best dishes for us. The European vibe of the place is amazing.
It is a very international place, please, don’t take me wrong. You will find Chinese, Japanese and European food (Italian, French) and others. Just take a train to the San Anton’s station and you are there, walking one corner to another and enjoy the place, WE RECOMEND YOU FOR SURE YOU WILL LIKE
